我從來沒被說是瘦子過...
甚至知道自己很胖很肥,而且也被男生嘲笑過
所以就用錯誤的減肥法-節食
我只能說節食100000000%會復胖啊...我最胖6X(不可考)
用節食最瘦來到45-48左右,節食會變得超憂鬱,因為什麼都不敢吃
看別人吃,自己不能吃就會想哭,晚上睡覺前肚子會超級餓,根本很難入睡QAQ
最後撐不下去,還是恢復飲食,膨風的速度比高鐵還快...約不到幾年已膨風到60kg
然後你就會害怕變胖,反覆節食-復胖 節食-復胖 節食-復胖,無限輪迴(((((OTZ
最後成為一個YO YO人,相較一個完全沒有減過肥的人,YOYO人真的很難減肥
,而且節食前的身體還算可以,不過節食後把胃給...
最後真的怕了...覺得健康第一,畢竟有健康的身體,變瘦就是附屬品
不用刻意去不吃不喝的也能慢慢消一點風(真的很慢)
現在3個月來到57kg 每天會走路上班約走30-40分 少吃喝有的沒的,但想吃還是會吃一點
不然都不能吃有的沒的感覺人生也黑白一半了XD
下班在跟別人去有氧30-40分
3餐都正常 晚餐會吃比較簡單一些,多喝水
今天是1/7 離12/31還有 一年左右,就算慢慢消風,時間的累積也不會背叛我的\(^o^)/
希望大家能快樂健康,如果還有人靠節食減肥,真的不要啊!!!那復胖的速度,高鐵都跟不上( ′_ゝ`)
