很瘦但體脂肪高的增重法? - 健身

我是女生
我很瘦但是體脂肪高
也就是說都是內臟脂肪==
目前希望是能消內臟脂肪
但是外面的脂肪能增重
應該要怎麼著手呢
現在開始是不是要避免蛋類和油炸食物
如果增肥的話 多吃澱粉類這樣會比較好嗎
需要重訓嗎 但是我希望能先增加外面的脂肪(皮包骨啊我==)再增加肌肉
我一天的飲食會喝大量的牛奶(我的水是牛奶)
早餐是起司飯糰
午晚餐是外食雞肉便當之類的
運動的話 大概是一星期兩次有氧跳舞
希望能推薦吃的東西和運動的意見
