瘦的人練肌肉 - 健身

現在176cm 59kg
從高二 一直有在健身
有了腹肌之後 怕因為長不高所以停練了一年
現在大一的狀況 身體的線條只有做完健身(胸腹肩)後會很明顯
但肉真的太少了 骨架也小整個就是很難練阿 !!
問一下大家怎麼比較能 增加身體的肉! 同時也做重訓
