請教吃超過基代體重沒增加 - 健身

今天跟朋友去量體脂
朋友是一個外表看起來是瘦的女生
結果量完體脂肪頗高
且基代很低(10XX
以她的吃飯習慣應該隨便都超過
她也沒什麼運動習慣
所以問我她體重為什麼都沒變
而且體脂怎麼這麼高(28%左右
我也解釋不起來-..-
所以想請教各位大大XD
