今天我在運動時,突然想到這個問題,
這個月起,我讓自己慢跑60分鐘,但有時候跑到很無力,
所以我想說能不能分兩次跑,一次跑兩次各30分,
有人看過這個報導之類的嗎?
或者有醫生提過,謝謝囉!!
