肚子很餓,吃不營養但有飽足感的食物比較爽 - 健身

如標題,今天早上起來九點,覺得吃早餐的話離午餐太近了。
就跑去健身房跑跑步機跟重訓到剛才結束。
沒吃早餐的結果就是跑步時,我汗流的更快XD
整個就沒啥力的感覺
好不容易跑完洗完澡,本來想買自助餐吃。不過肚子實在太餓了
我覺得平常自助餐的量會吃不飽,加飯的話就熱量破千了,晚上還要吃大餐。
就改成買subway火腿堡不加醬(350)+拉亞草莓湯種吐司(250)。
吃完果然非常有飽足感,總熱量也比自助餐低。
話說最近常常正常吃都吃不太飽,不過也都吃到我的基代+300了。
飲料已經完全戒了,因為平常可吃的熱量都吃不太飽了,捨不得花在飲料...
害我晚上很餓時只灌紫菜湯灌到飽,可是肚子整個是湯水也很難受。
看來要同時兼顧營養跟飽足感跟熱量控制實在滿難的。
這是我食量大的缺點嗎Orz
