因為我本身吃東西的時候自己很愛加調味料
炒飯都要黑胡椒滿滿的一整堆
蛋餅一份要兩包醬油膏
吃火鍋超愛配沙茶!!
然後之前看TVBS的新聞說醬料熱量很恐怖
涼麵的麻醬 或者是沙茶等
我記得好像是一盤炒青菜原本1到200大卡
加了沙茶炒之後大概變成700多大卡
重口味的朋友們都用什麼代替味道比較濃厚的調味料呢
還是就是...照吃只是多動一點 囧
