我看不太懂置底新手的那個男性100kg 體脂肪30%那個的85%是哪裡來的?

早餐:水果鬆餅+中杯溫豆漿
午餐:自助餐便當(四小菜一主菜)
晚餐:滋養口糧一包 或 土司三片 或 小7賣的45元沙拉 下午六點前吃完

日常作息時間:十一點左右睡覺到隔天早上六點半
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:預計要游泳兩小時4~6km
我的問題:
我想計算如果我要將體脂肪下降到10%我每天需要消耗多少卡?
爬了置底文後
算男性100kg 體脂肪30%的那個例題計算
卡在85%那個數據我不知道怎麼來的
是100減去預消耗的脂肪率嗎?
我想算出如果我每天游泳兩小時 需要多久才能將體脂肪降到10%左右....
