三餐內容
早餐:豬排蛋吐司*1(就是那種兩片吐司夾著薄薄的煎豬排還有蛋跟小黃瓜跟美乃滋)
跟瑞穗低脂肪鮮乳
午餐:不定....但是熱量會壓在600大卡以下
晚餐:優格一杯
其他:我的基礎代謝是 1514 大卡
三餐前固定喝500C.C.的水........三餐的間隔則300C.C.
任何飲料都不喝
日常作息時間:固定9點到下午5點要在研究室
睡覺時間23:30~7:30 (有時候會00:00睡)
生活型態:研究生
運動習慣:
星期一
晚上打羽毛球(殺來殺去那種)...兩個半小時到三個小時
星期二
晚上遊泳(自由式蛙式混著)....90分 心跳130
星期三
晚上游泳...90分 心跳130
星期四
晚上游泳...90分 心跳130
星期五
晚上打球...也是激烈那種....兩個半小時
星期六
可能會休息(因為身體有些舊傷)
星期日
早上打羽球10:00到14:00 (四小時)
下午游泳...90分 心跳130
晚上背稍微重的東西走學校60分
我的問題: 已經卡在79卡了3個星期了我不知道到底是我吃太多還是運動不夠
附註:
我一開始是從85.5開始減(五月中)
當初還很好減...大概兩個月減到78.5
體脂肪33%--->31%(機器測的)
腰圍0.92--->0.9(也是機器測的)
而且當初吃得比較多運動也比較少
但是現在我把運動量提高吃的也比較少了
體重還是掛在78.5那邊
我以前就是65公斤.....後來準備考試就發福了
想快點瘦回來....這樣我比較會有自信..
