最近看了一本書,裡面提到"瘦不下來的原因原來出在「肌肉」上!"
所以要訓練深肌

因為肌肉不健康,所以瘦不下來,肌肉健康,做運動,自然能瘦
當然書中裡面也有提到其它像飲食,生活習慣都要注意
而不是光靠訓練深肌就能瘦
之前曾在雜誌上看到文章說,
有時就算少吃多動,有注意飲食,也有在做運動
但還是瘦不下來,可能就是因為沒鍛練到深層肌肉的關係
我覺得這說法很有道理,但在這本書之外,都沒看到有誰提到這個理論
請問要瘦要先訓練深層肌肉,這是真的嗎?
這本書說每天只要用毛巾結壓迫肌肉幾秒就能達到訓練深肌,請問這是真的嗎?
