看了一下 主要還是要靠飲食調配和有氧運動
但如果一般上班外食族 要怎樣達到這目標
自己弄三餐也不太可能 運動是可以自己控制
但是飲食的方面...不知有沒有人可以建議
難道要去照便利商店吃嗎 @@a 請教說 多謝
外面大部分都是便當 看到就覺得吃了就沒救了
