很遜XD - 健身

有鑒於每次無論是慢跑或者騎健身車
都只鍛鍊美化到下半身線條
昨天慢跑完就在健身房做點簡單的重訓
是真的很簡單 XXD
先開始從一公斤的啞鈴舉起
因為我希望三頭肌更緊緻 而二頭肌線條出來
但我真是體力太差還是好傻好天真的大嫩咖
每個動作我最多撐到十五下就不行了 XXD 啊~~~~ 好遜呀
而且總共左右手都只做了兩組動作
然後重複兩次
就比我剛去慢跑完六千還累
旁邊的歪國人見我那幾下簡單到不行的訓練就氣喘吁吁
竟偷笑不已 Q__Q
這是哪招
很桑心~~~~~
哼~我要慢慢進步 讓自己變成腿跟手都緊緻有線條的美女XXD
有願景才會成長嘛 科~~
有沒有人二十分鐘後要一起去健身的
