基本資料
性別:女
年齡:27
身高:162cm
體重:55.2 (7/5量57.4)
BMI:20.8 (7/5量21.9)
體脂率:26.9 (7/5量的)
三餐內容 (基代1248 每日卡路里控制在1250~1300左右)
早餐:新鮮果汁(一顆小蘋果+一份鳳梨+一顆奇異果) 有時不一定 現打出來有400ml
午餐:魚+雞或豬肉+青菜+一湯+一碗白飯=600~750卡
(吃得很隨性 油炸不吃 但不會吃到撐)
晚餐: 跟中餐差不多但分量減1/3
或是
爭鮮壽司(兩盤鮭魚生魚片+鮭魚和鮪魚壽司各一分)
吃完餓了 寒天飲料(120卡很止餓)或喝無糖豆漿
其他:下午餓了會吃三明治 晚餐就吃少一些 以控制總熱量為主
除了睡前 盡量不會讓自己餓
一周一次跟朋友約吃晚餐 8~9點(雖出外用餐 一整天熱量會控制在1500以內)
周末會小酌 最多3杯十幾%的酒
日常作息時間: 十點起床 有時下午或晚上運動 晚睡(1AM~3AM)
生活型態:之前有甲亢兩年 目前辭掉壓力大的工作 專心運動減重XD
近期控制住 在臨界點 再高一點還要吃藥
運動習慣:
五年前練舞兩年還有兩條腹肌 體重50kg (外表很瘦 大家說看起來像45kg)
之後都沒運動了 大吃大喝忽胖忽瘦 目前55kg 但看起來像60kg XD
目前已經運動2周多 一周6次
1.踏步機60分鐘,阻力6, watt98, 轉速110上下,心跳數約150~160 (消耗400卡)
2.熱瑜珈或一般體適能瑜珈一堂60分鐘 (汗流非常多 但不確定消耗幾卡)
我的問題:
每天會運動兩小時 一小時後休息十分鐘
Q1 請問一天運動消耗卡路里要多少(ex.600~1000卡?)對我來說怎樣才不會過量
又有效減重? 那又如何避免運動傷害 (有一次運動三小時 但隔天很酸痛)
Q2 有時候運動會讓我心情很亢奮 雖然身體很累但睡不太著 以至於到凌晨才睡 該怎麼辦?
Q3 有氧前想開始加入重訓 重訓該花多少時間比重?
之前健身房教練都帶我跑完半小時 之後再重訓半小時 跟大家說的有氧前重訓不一樣耶
Q4 每次運動完都超級無敵餓! 到底該不該立刻喝寒天或其他低熱量的東西補充能量
以上請大家幫忙提供意見 目標體脂20%~22% 謝謝大家~
