三餐內容
(正常版)每天克制在1800kcal上下
早餐:香蕉200k+沙拉250k+關東煮200k
午餐:抹茶牛奶250k+起司貝果半個200k+葡萄100k
晚餐:起司貝果200k+沙拉250k
早餐:星巴巴早餐750k
午餐:鮭魚餐750k
晚餐:牛肉麵500k
(爆食版) 一周大約一到兩次2500kcal~3500kcal不等
早餐:葡萄100k+沙拉100k+薏仁牛奶350k+蔬菜捲250k
午餐:公司午餐450k+拿鐵250k+杯湯50k+餅乾200k+冰淇淋700k
晚餐:藥燉豬腳500k+西瓜之300k+蝦子1000k
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:朝九晚九的科技慘業生活,但是會要求自己要在11點之前睡覺
生活型態:上班族 (每天都喝2000c.c左右的水)
運動習慣:一周大約運動五天 多半都是早起七點去游泳
*游泳一個小時 500M蛙式+500M自由式40min內游完+蝶腰不限距離20min
(心跳數的部分沒有仔細測量過...但應該會有120左右)
*昨天第一次嘗試跑步30min+騎腳踏車阻力3 20min+重訓提腳4*8個set
(心跳數在騎腳踏車的時候測量約有160/1min 有快往生的感覺!!)
我的問題:我已經持續這樣的生活三個禮拜了
從一開始的
六月二十號 :69.4kg 32.50%
六月二十七號:68.8kg 32.00%
七月四號 :69.6kg 32.00%
到剛剛量的 :70.4kg 32.00%
誰能告訴我為什麼我會越來越重阿?????
然後又加上昨天運動過後的全身痠痛...
一整個讓我情緒低落...
今天又有個賀X芙的朋友跟我炫耀他兩個禮拜瘦了5kg
整個又更心情不好了...
有沒有板上的強者能幫我重新設計一份運動及飲食菜單呢???
另外我也想徵一個一起減肥的同伴
我在桃園國際泳池買了三個月的季會員但是他的健身器材我都不會用阿?!!!
有沒有人也是在這裡運動的呢???
可不可以也一起揪揪我努力Fitness
我真的快要沒有動力了 :(
