呼呼,這是一篇小小的抱怨文><
我是上個禮拜才開始運動減肥的,就有戒掉吃垃圾食物和任何飲料(有喝桂花醋)
每天都很努力的告訴自己撐下去就是自己的,在心裡鼓勵著自己
可是家人和朋友卻是讓我想要爆吃的壓力來源 ...
覺得家人逼我減肥已經到了走火入魔的地步了
我媽說中午給我帶五穀飯+肉鬆這樣就好了
說要減肥不要吃太多,可是肉鬆熱量高而且又沒有蔬菜
我聽到我媽說這種話真的很怒 ...
我爸也很誇張,之前鼓勵我減肥告知我六點以後就不要吃東西了
我也都有做到
沒有到今天竟然跟我說我晚餐不准吃了
除了傻眼還是傻眼,因為他明知道我晚上都會去跑步
如果我晚餐不吃只靠中午的便當一直維持到跑步然後睡覺
我覺得我會昏倒而且一定很快就會放棄減肥繼續大吃大喝 ...
朋友則是我吃正餐就會說,你要減肥還吃這麼多喔?
氣到一個沒摔筷子,說的這個人是個160CM 46KG 有偏過瘦卻總是說著要減肥
生氣的回答他,要減肥卻還是吃一堆垃圾食物又沒有運動的你要怎麼辦?
過度的關心只是帶來更多放棄的念頭 ...
雖然我一點都不想要認輸,可是還是不爭氣的哭了
難過歸難過,還是要出門快走 Q口Q
我不會認輸的 ><
