請問我這種體質該怎麼減肥 - 減肥

基本資料
性別:男
年齡:28
身高:169
體重:78.7
腰圍:91公分 35-36吋
BMI:27.6
體脂率:19.5% 內臟脂率:24%
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:1.小籠包+奶茶 2.牛奶300cc(輪晚班時)
午餐:1.烤肉蛋漢堡+清茶(微糖) 2.便當
晚餐:1.牛肉麵 2.烤肉蛋漢堡
其他:心情好時會吃點蘋果或葡萄柚,飲料大概一天都一杯700cc微糖
日常作息時間:要輪班,早中晚不固定
生活型態: 上班族
運動習慣:
例1:慢跑20分鐘,快走20分鐘 心跳數只有開始一周很喘,現在跑步都沒什麼感覺@@
例2:最近開始加入服力挺身(50/天)+仰臥起坐(25/天)
我的問題:
1.在康是美測量到體脂率不高(19%),但內臟脂率很高(24%),不曉得該從何下手?
2.最近跑步時變得不容易喘,但又不想加長時間或加速(怕膝蓋負擔太大)請問有沒有
比較適合我的有氧運動?
3.飲食方面我吃得比較隨意,有沒有比較推薦好吃又有飽足感且熱量不會太高的?
