現在有點效果了
但奇怪是我的肚子不用力時 還是像之前一樣有啤酒肚 囧

Q1 是我訓練方法不對嗎 總覺著這似乎不正常

但是訓練範圍只限於上腹部 做完時的確有只有上腹部感到有點酸
這樣彼消此長之下 我的小腹更加的明顯啊啊啊啊啊

有沒有能在家做的 因為工作太忙了 沒有辦法上健身房重訓
聽說久坐也會導致小腹 = =? 這是真的嗎
