請教各位巨巨
小弟做Leg Curl的時候
股二頭都相當無感,小腿則是感覺快爆了
爬文跟水管上都找不太詳細的資訊
因為是做機械,只要背不抬姿勢應該是不太會跑掉
所以想請問問題是出在哪邊
是出力方式錯誤,還是作太重了?
另外再請教
正常來說
做Leg Curl的重量跟Leg Extension(前踢腿)的重量比起來
應該要是差不多還是比較低呢?
