最近考慮去健身房加入會員,有先問在健身房練很久的朋友意見,他就說要我先把伏地挺
身,登山式,死蟲,棒式,啞鈴深蹲,公園拉單槓那些徒手訓練先操到身體已經無感了再
去健身房練進步會比較快,而且更有效率,不要一開始身體肌肉完全沒有基礎的狀況下就
衝去健身房,這樣容易受傷而且挫折感會很大,可能練不久就撐不下去了,那真的要先把
徒手練到無感才去健身房比較好嗎?
