復胖 - 減肥

之前因為沒有仔細查正常減肥方式減肥方法用錯
每天吃的熱量遠低於基礎代謝率(每天大概只有攝取1/2~2/3基礎代謝熱量)
但是每天有持續運動(跑步6000公尺/40分鐘 + 游泳600公尺/25分鐘)
瘦了5公斤體重也到達所希望的目標
但是爬文發現這樣減肥非常容易復胖 所以我怕我現在只要正常吃就會立刻胖回來
請問有沒有哪些方式可以慢慢把飲食調回而不會變胖呢?
爬文有看到持續運動重訓可以增加基礎代謝率..
是不是只要持續大量運動然後飲食慢慢增加 這樣就不會復胖呢?
