復胖之暴飲暴食 - 美體

大家好,我是27歲的女生
想請問大家一個問題....
今年三月到六月 我實施了減肥運動
成效很不錯 瘦了8.5kg
主要就是少吃多運動
尤其是最後兩個禮拜
吃得非常清淡,而且很認真運動
但deadline到了之後 到現在
短短四五週的時間,我胖了5~6kg
我分析了原因
有一些狀況是我感到困擾的
想問問大家有沒有什麼建議 或是解決之道?
減肥deadline之後,
我報名了學習語言的課程 一週要上兩個晚上的課
而,開始上課一週後 接了一個比較大型的工作
老實說,這三四個禮拜 上課和工作(主要)上的壓力很大 而且好累好累
然後,我發現我開始會用大吃去宣洩情緒
即使不餓、很飽 也會一直想吃東西
任何時間 就是會一直塞高熱量的東西進去嘴裡
加上,我上課的地方 旁邊就是麵包店
因為壓力大 加上很怕上課上到一半肚子餓無法專心
所以我最近吃了非常非常多的麵包(很自殺!)
其實 最近胖了那麼多公斤
身體感覺很不舒服....
感覺肚子漲漲、人腫腫的 雙下巴都出來了
而且整個人的深體健康狀況 感覺也變好差
之前改的制服也變得好緊 真的超想撞牆的Q_____Q
我最近有加入健身房會員
打算要早起運動完再去上班
目前正在努力當中~~
不知道大家有沒有什麼意見
或是可以給我什麼建議
或是有沒有人要和我一起來控制體重或一起運動?
(我住中正紀念堂、古亭一帶)
總結一下我的問題:
1.壓力、疲憊 而導致的暴飲暴食,該怎麼辦?!
2.我吃完飯或午休睡起來 都會特別想吃甜食 請問有解決之道嗎?!
3.不餓、但很想很想吃東西的話 該怎麼辦呢?!
請大家幫幫忙~~我真的好困擾~"~
