恩,沒想到隨便的推文造成如此熱烈的回應。
我想,應該要出來說明一下。
首先,我對照片中這位先生的身材並沒有任何的批評之意。
版主也說了,要我們提供”自己”的看法。沒必要去批評”他人的標準”吧。
沒有錯,就我的感覺這種身材的確和沒練沒什麼兩樣。
再來,我說一般人沒練也大概降。嗯,我承認在這句話的用字上面不妥。
以我的定義是”沒有重訓”就叫做一般人,就這個定義來說,不要說我以前沒練怎
樣。只要有持續的專項運動,有在做有氧。我相信,達成這樣的身材,絕對是非
常非常簡單,所以我把這樣的身材歸類於一般人。
還有若是你覺得他真的練的不錯,簡單的講,我們的格局和眼界完全不同。
還有人說,這個版的標準和101一樣高。嗯嗯,我不知道別人怎樣,但我告訴你,
我對自己的要求比天還要高,在力量的領域,我嚮往的是力量舉的Ed Coan,烏
克蘭的Naleykin,舉重85kg量級的Pyrros Dimas(在IronMind雜誌的歷史紀錄裏
後深蹲達320kg)。舉重60kg的Naim Suleymanoglu。
我對我自己深蹲230kg,硬舉250kg,握推160kg,在現在大概90公斤的這種體
重上面,定義為初級進階者。
最後,搞清楚,這裡是MuscleBeach,不是Fitness!
