幹…我想不到好標題
各位鄉民晚安
工作的時間又開始了
繼昨天我發的回憶文18519得到熱烈迴響
而且最後焦點還變成腹肌= =
大家竟然這麼有興趣那就來討論一下…
首先我要說我沒有刻意練腹肌
我蠻懶的而且沒有時間去健身房或在家做個N組循環運動之類
但是生活中只要注意到許多小細節就能把握住鍛鍊腹肌的機會!(生活智障王嗎= =)
1.走路的時候其實只要走快一點加上雙臂擺動
加上小收腹部 其實就會有一點酸酸的感覺
2.坐著…如果不是很忙但是又要長時間坐在椅子上
我都會一邊收縮腹肌一邊做事… 這樣也比較不會睡著
3.多運動,慢跑是不錯的選擇
長期下來體力明顯變好,大腿也比較有力量
在推的時候大部分時間是跪著 這時候大腿就很重要
重點來了!!
4.尻槍的時候 嘿 眼睛看著肉片右手握著搖桿
我都會習慣弓起身體然後腹肌用力到最高點
這樣尻起來也比較有感覺欸…(應該有人跟我一樣吧?)
5.推砲的時候,也用腹部的力量帶動下肢,我是以尾椎為支點腹部用力
這樣力道不僅更強容易往更深處抽插,同時也是分散注意力比較持久
偶爾也多嘗試一下難度高的體位,推砲當做運動也不錯
