心肺功能與體力的增進與維持 跳繩vs慢跑 - 健身

大家好 我這半年來一直有運動習慣
以跳繩 爬山 一些跑步 一些重訓為主
這個月開始做中級的瑜珈 可是還是想要維持
做一些有強度的有氧運動
不知道以四天專心做瑜珈 1-2天有氧的情況下
是 1.跳繩3000下 (跳一分半 約300下 休一~一分半 跳十組 共三千下)
加上30分鐘慢跑好
還是2. 乾脆跳20組 6000下跳繩好
我沒有特別要減肥 單純以增進與維持體能為考量
附上我的簡單資料
性別 女 身高164
體重54-55 體脂 18-20 (內臟1-2)
請大家給我一些意見 我有無知之處 請多包涵
