三餐內容
早餐:涼麵+燕麥
午餐:一碗公?
晚餐:吃剩菜剩飯XD
就正常吃飯吧
日常作息時間:這感覺不怎麼重要,不是我想說的
生活型態:國考生
運動習慣:
之前幾乎天天出去跑5km...跑到任督二賣疑似打通的程度 XD
不過游泳圈就是沒有減下來
持續跑了兩個月吧
後來打電話問國軍Online的同學,他說他也減不下來...
之後在某個因緣際會之下,就開始打籃球了...
幾乎每天打,每次都打一小時左右
不過就是非常的累,累到有快倒下的感覺
大概是那種想跟上去,而速度卻卡住的感覺
這樣天天被操,操一個多月之後,體重從68降到了64~65之間
體能也變好了。
至於跟慢跑的差別我想大概就在於
慢跑可以調養身子,但卻達不到年輕力壯的建構肌耐力目標,也達不到大量耗脂的目的
激烈運動,被操到不能自己,有顯著地提升肌耐力,也能有效地耗脂
我的問題:
基本上我覺得自己不太正常= ="
一般來說應該都是慢跑有氧耗脂才明顯
怎麼我變成激烈運動耗脂才明顯阿
不過算是開心了一下下,跟大家分享...
因為之前慢跑到心很痠阿
