從小到大我只要壓力大或是心情低落就會用吃東西來發洩情緒
聽到別人說考試壓力好大都不想吃東西
就會覺得 蛤!!!!!!!!!!!怎麼這麼好!!!!!!!!!!!我從來都不會不。想。吃!!!!!!!!!
剛剛量體重
發現體重比上個月多了兩公斤
心情非常地低落
過了一會
等我回過神來
自己已經默默嗑掉三包餅乾了
躺在桌面上散落的餅乾袋彷彿用看著笨蛋的姿態望著我
內心突然颳起了狂風 下起了大雨 澎湃萬千!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
哪來的蠢蛋為了體重上升心情不好又在睡覺前嗑零食的呀靠杯~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
今夜又是個脂肪滿滿的夜晚.... T ^ T
