大家好 在下最近也在慢跑減體脂肪
想請問慢跑是要重距離還是持續的時間?
目前165cm 78kg 想減到60kg
現在是慢跑持續20分+快走10分 達到google說的要運動30分燃燒脂肪效率最好?
這樣感覺好像總距離好像也才2km左右吧 跑很慢.....
那這樣好像沒有版上一次都跑5km以上 怕燃燒熱量會不會太少?
