小弟平常有在上健身房游泳池
健身房一個禮拜約2~3天,重訓30分鐘+跑步機40分鐘左右(中間沒休息
游泳池一個禮拜約1~2天,一次約一小時
但仍深感運動量不足(不會瘦 83kg 175cm
因此想敗一台器材回家擺,請幫分析推薦一下 謝謝
