我之前比較沒有規律運動的習慣
所以心率控制這方面就沒什麼注意到
從去年年底才開始比較規律運動(跑步+健身房)
最近剛好收到人家送的一支tomtom運動手錶
感覺主要的就是有偵測心率功能
想問我平常自己運動的時候 應該怎麼樣和運動做搭配??
板上有人在用心率錶的人可以分享一下嗎?
