心跳問題 - 減肥

體脂率:28.9
基礎代謝:1889
減肥從開到現在差不多9個月體重由最初的133公斤減到101.多
靠的是控制熱量(營均衡攝取)加幾乎每天跑步或游泳(擇一)來進行
因為曾經是運動員(跆拳道.籃球)一直到高二到升大學中斷從85爆肥到133
一直到今年大學畢業才下定決心要減回原來的體重
目前小弟上的是大夜班每天都要搬貨上架 下班後又去操場跑3000或游泳
前幾天去醫院做勞工體檢測得心跳每分鐘是47下(有休息兩天才去檢查)
我想問說心跳這麼低對減肥的效率影響大嗎? (血壓正常)
還是因為是上大夜班的關係才會心跳這麼低?
