心跳很慢或回復很快 - 健身

持續一周4-5天慢跑已經維持兩個多月了
每次跑6k以上 狀態好一點會跑跑走走到7km 速度大約8km/h
但一直有個問題是我心跳很難達到一分鐘120以上
每次大約跑到5km時會開始喘
一直到停下來時就是那種"講話會有點斷續但不到上氣不接下氣的地步"
心跳"最多"也就120下 (我是用手測 6秒鐘12下*10)
後來我聽說間歇跑可能會比較有效一點 也試過 衝刺、慢跑、走循環
但頂多就真的是120下
而且我心跳恢復的很快 只要走大概100公尺 就完全不喘了
如果要我加快速度 我會覺得跑得很不舒服(最佳有氧的狀態應該不會是不舒服的吧?)
而且這樣可能就無法持續跑到40分鐘以上
後來我想說看看跳有氧舞蹈心跳有沒有辦法衝上去
鄭多燕一看就知道強度太低沒試 try了比利大叔、pump it up、Kitty
持續30分鐘以上 心跳最多100下...囧
而且當動作開始有點緩和4個8拍以上 我就又不太會喘了
請問這該怎麼辦呢? 雖然體態上有比較好看,但覺得體重掉的有點慢
兩個月多下來只掉了1公斤,附帶一提身高166體重52,每天吃大約1500卡
最佳心跳應該要到130以上,是否有更好的方法呢?
另外還有一個一直長久以來的的疑問:
"運動持續30分鐘以上,心跳130以上為燃脂最佳狀態"
所謂的心跳130是要30分鐘後"持續維持"在130以上嗎? 還是說有"達到"130即可?
是說如果是持續130的話...30分鐘後的狀態不會太喘太累嗎?
一般人維持心跳130能多久呢? 我可能大約10分鐘就想死了 = =
