做有氧運動心跳要130以上持續30分鐘才會開始燃燒脂肪,這是針對平常人大約有72的心跳數吧?如果我平常心跳只有58~60(不是運動員)心跳應該要達到幾下呢?平常我已經運動到心臟快跳出來也不會到130下!而且超不舒服的
