妳要抓住一些要點
1.飲食上出問題,減肥不要吃培根 炒飯 湯麵 任何加工食品 還有重口味食品。
水果要慎選,也是有很多高熱量的水果
優酪乳糖分很多,建議蔬果汁歸蔬果汁,優酪乳用無糖豆漿代替。
2.慢跑是練心肺功能,如果你想確實減肥,建議你可以買踏步機
"上網拍查詢就有了,小小一台不占空間,價格約1500~2000
踏步機很有用,比慢跑效果好,我一個月靠踏步機瘦了八公斤
游泳可以,但是你游完馬上吃東西嗎???

你喝水了嗎? 一天喝多少水呢?? 我曾經一個月每天喝三千CC的水,
沒運動瘦三公斤,體脂肪是照妳喝水量變化的,水喝得越多,
體脂肪就越低,身形會變得比較好看而且不容易胖,
至於BMI?不用看了。參考體脂肪比較重要。
4.你上廁所正常嗎??太多宿變也是會引想新陳代謝,跟體內毒素殘留
也是不容易瘦~
我以前是~158/63
利用這些方法第一個月瘦八公斤,第二個月總共受13公斤,
體脂肪從30%降為17%,之後又繼續受到43公斤~
現在維持在46左右
