快走引起的腹痛 - 健身

我是一個不太運動的人
但是最近為了想讓線條漂亮一點開始到操場快走
從小只要我跑步腰側就會劇烈疼痛,所以其實我不喜歡跑
但是目前我需要找個能獨自完成的運動,所以我想快走是個好選擇
我的問題是走了5圈左右 腰的右側或左側就會開始疼痛
閃光說是胃下垂或腸子下垂,是這樣的嗎?
有沒有什麼辦法能讓我的胃強健一點?
