說到這種的減重方式,
讓我想到我朋友她最近也想減肥了(153cm、68kg)...
讓我還滿開心她會有這樣的毅力!! but, 她的減肥日誌與運動行程表的安排,
讓我十分擔心!!
先說說我以前的減肥方式...
依照我以前的減肥習慣來說,我會每天去游泳500m~
然後晚餐只吃水果,早餐盡量吃的好,中餐吃的巧...(學生時期比較好準備餐點)
然後每天計算自己飲食的卡路里,一個禮拜來做評估看飲食哪邊需要改進..
因此我可以三個月瘦了10kg~
然後休息一年之後(有維持體重),開始又努力的想讓體重往下掉...
因此,我又開始跟朋友計畫一起減肥...
其實我還滿開心她很喜歡運動,禮拜一的時候我跟她去台茂逛街...
結果莫名奇妙就被拉進去極限運動中心去加入會員~
雖然我知道她的優惠還滿便宜的,比起加州or亞歷山大健身中心來說~
這個價錢算是優惠了!! 因此她就毅然決然加入了會員...
於是她昨天就一個人去健身中心健身~
但是她的飲食紀錄讓我十分擔憂!!
"早餐沒吃,中午吃牛肉麵-沒有湯、幾塊肉加上乾乾的麵,晚餐也沒吃"
她就這樣去運動中心運動了,而且他打算天天都去!!
這樣的飲食加上這樣的極限運動!! 雖然我知道她可以瘦很快….
但是~ 身體的負荷應該會吃不消吧!?
至於我的飲食是:
早餐:火腿起司三明治+奶茶(奶茶用鮮奶製,不是用鮮奶油)
午餐:鳳梨250g
晚餐:10顆水餃+燙青菜(小白菜)+鹽烤杏鮑菇(無油)+兩片培根肉(也是用燙的)
然後去操場勁走一小時,拉筋半小時(運動前後加起來半小時)
PS:因為我白天在公司製餐不方便,所以晚餐似乎跟午餐顛倒了@@"~
不過我的飲食比較健康吧!! 那他的飲食實在是讓我還滿擔心的!!
怕他還沒減肥下來,就已經整個身體壞光光…
