快走時小腿前側很痛 - 健身

最近跳鄭多燕覺得很乏味,開始出門快走
但最近發現快走時小腿前側會很痛,
恢復成一般走路的速度或是跑起來就不痛,但這樣前者沒有運動到的感覺,後者因個人跑
不久,大概400公尺就不行了所以也無法持久.....
不知道是不是因為施力點不對,但有參考馬克媽媽的快走影片和解說調整姿勢,也有熱身
...
實在不懂是哪裡不對QAQ請問有版友也有類似的問題嗎QQ
