快走的步伐大or小? - 美體

各位大大好~
想請問板上的各位
最近開始力行快走運動
目前都盡量讓自己在5min內走600~700m
每天都持續30min就大約是3000~3500m左右
目前遇到兩個問題
第一個是快走的步伐應該是大 但左右交替速度慢
還是步伐小 但左右腳交替速度快呢?
我目前都是用1 因為感覺這樣比較有拉到大腿內側
但又有爬文看到有人說步伐小比較好
第二個問題是 大家是怎麼讓自己延長運動時間的呢?
我現在都是ㄧ去操場就開始看時間
然後默默倒數30分鐘結束....
整個無法多待阿我
但又覺得30min好像只是最低限而已嗚嗚
請大家為我解解惑了> <謝謝
