自己開始備餐快半年,鮭魚只會烤或是煎吃得很膩
後來發現另外一種鮭魚菲力是一整塊這種很好做變化!
我買家樂福這樣一小盒的不用擔心吃不完
市場偶爾也會看到但不常見

很新鮮不會有腥味,有時候還會有出清價可以撿
肉質很Q彈跟一般的魚肉很不一樣,除了基本款用烤的外
味噌鮭魚跟醬燒鮭魚也很推,簡單又快速

醃醬我是味增醬油約1:1,會加一點水跟清酒攪開
(醬油直接用甜醬油,昆布風味那種都幫你調好好
均勻抹上鮭魚表片後10分鐘就可以煎
鮭魚菲力煎的時候很好翻面
可以說是零失敗不會糊掉

醬燒鮭魚更簡單了,醃的食後放醬油跟清酒
(有薑的時候我會也加一點
鮭魚菲力彈性非常好切成塊下去煎也ok
起鍋邊邊角角很完整
另外我還有試過檸檬鮭魚,不過目前失敗率很高就不說了
