請問版上的各位,重訓大多是慢慢的練,但是仰臥起坐爬文是說,要快才有效
然後小弟下午用斜板操半仰臥,但是現在發現腹肌應該說腰的左側會酸
這應該是訓練時姿勢走掉了對吧@@"
請問一下大家的經驗如何感覺姿勢已經走掉了?
感覺這篇文章很虛弱@@"小弟是新手還在學習中排版、內文、用詞不好請多包含
