比如說以背部寬握的滑輪下拉好了
以前我想說 50公斤 能做10下 第11下連一半都做不到 那就是力竭了
可是後來發現其實還可以遞減 像是
50公斤10下 30公斤10下(第11下做不了)
那以此類推的話 真正力竭不是
50公斤10下 30公斤10下 10公斤8下
5公斤8下 做到空槓不能再做為止
可是現實中應該沒有人會遞減吧??
頂多遞減一次、兩次
那不是也沒有到真正的力竭嗎
