每天都在健身房待3~4小時
有氧和重訓輪流做
半小時一定會喝口水休息一會
實際運動時間約2.2~3小時
離開健身房只要雨沒太大會再騎單車20公里
常訓練到的部位酸痛的頻率越來越高
會不會就是身體的警訊呢
私心希望只是想太多.....
