這一個月以來飲食主要為蔬菜輕食
澱粉類少碰 油脂則幾乎不碰
然後有規律的運動
如慢跑.游泳和快走等(皆超過半小時)
但........
體重卻僵住不動
讓我有點灰心
是我的方法有錯?
還是我遇到停滯期??
要怎麼度過勒........
