怎麼跟觀念不同的人溝通 - 減肥

退伍以後有天驚覺自己身材實在走樣太嚴重
於是又回到這裡和隔壁版開始爬文
導正了以前許多錯誤的觀念後重新開始運動
半年過去甩掉近八公斤的油,也因為重訓看起來稍微結實了點
雖然還是離自己目標差距很大
但自己變好以後,當然也希望能幫助身邊的人
首先被我拿來開刀的就是閃光
但是常常因為觀念不一樣吵架
有時看到他早午餐一起只吃兩個包子
會跟她說這樣子吃太少,營養不均衡
卻都只得到 我不餓 或是下班回家會吃的回應
跟她解釋不餓不代表身體不需要能量
晚上吃也沒辦法拿來補早上的...卻都聽不進去
而且晚餐也是吃一些沒營養又很油膩的東西
再來說到運動
跟她說每天跑步半小時就好
但是一個禮拜常常只跑了一次,卻又一直說想減肥~"~
有時會拿版娘給其他版友的建議讓她看
想說或許是我表達能力有問題,直接讓她看文章比較快
但對於這些我視為精華的文章卻都不屑一顧
也覺得一直講很多理論很煩
由於她以前是籃球隊的,觀念一直停留在少吃多動就會瘦
但是對於飲食的質量,運動的方法都不在意
想請問各位版友如果遇到這樣情況會怎麼去做溝通呢
