除了跳Insanity再加上電腦人,3周沒反應QQ - 健身

體脂率:(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
(女性請註明體脂率量測之際為生理期前、正值生理期、或生理期後)
21.9左右,不過數據是上禮拜測的
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:通常都沒什麼時間吃,不過會早上空腹運動然後喝約1千西西的豆漿
午餐:一盒木瓜(1顆左右的量)+炒飯or便當or麵食等等
晚餐:牛肉麵,便當,或是subway不加醬料,有時候會搭配吃芭樂
其他:(可免填)下午晚上肚子餓,就是喝豆漿,平均一天加上早上的量約為2千西西
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)通常都是1-2點睡,然後早上10點起床先跳
insanity,然後洗完澡去實驗室
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
一開始先從跑操場開始,跑了3周後膝蓋微酸,因為有傷病史,所以被醫生告誡不可以慢跑
於是開始練Insanity
現在每天早上起床空腹跳Insanity,心跳至少超過150,每天大概就是10點半開始跳,
中間不會間斷
累的時候稍微休息,然後繼續跳,比較多的時候是肌力不足的累,不太會喘
晚上會做一套8分鐘電腦人腹肌level1和12分鐘電腦人胸肌
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
目前是Insanity做了約3個禮拜,可是最想要消的肚子都沒什麼動靜Q_Q
雖然最上腹部的腹肌是有明顯感覺有出現了,可是小腹一樣是像抓餅一樣一抓就是一坨
然後手臂跟大腿的肌肉是有明顯出現變得更結實,屁股好像也小了?
因為早上是空腹跳Insanity,所以都是跳完才吃
午餐一定是先吃完水果再吃正餐,跟運動結束的時間大約會差2小時以上
晚餐會在7點以前吃光,然後大約9點做電腦人,平常不太會感覺到飢餓
感覺是飲食有很大的問題@@,因為早上實在起不來QQ
可是吃的東西其實熱量不低,之前去測基代大概1760
除了睡眠以外,飲食該如何調整呢?
另外想請問如果早上起床空腹就做高強度的workout,對於減脂的效果是如何?
我都是做完以後就狂喝豆漿,會在39分鐘內把1千西西的豆漿喝完
運動的方面有哪邊需要調整呢?
