恐怖的體重機 - 美體

為了減肥~我覺得我已經很努力了
因為以前我完完全全不感量體重,足足有快半年不敢站上體重機
這次我終於下定決心一定要瘦~~~
早餐:一杯燕麥/火腿蛋吐司(不抹美乃滋)or火腿蛋餅or三明治
大概一個小時之後~我會開始搖呼拉圈20分鐘 (不一定每天)
中餐:少量的飯(畢竟人家說不可以不吃澱粉)吃菜吃菜,口味重的不吃.油膩的不吃
吃飽後站著一個小時~之後開始搖呼拉圈~30分鐘
晚餐:不碰澱粉.自己煮的蔬菜.豆腐.吃很多
吃飽後也是站著~晚一點之後開始搖呼拉圈~30分鐘
不知道這樣吃對不對~只是想說放暑假正好可以減肥
我又不吃宵夜~水也喝很多~也吃b群~因為我代謝很差,而且很容易失眠
所以都有再吃中藥~~~
我已經到了照鏡子會很厭惡的地步了
我的體重:55kg通常是早上起床後量
今天我例外~下午兩點多的時候量了體重>>>>>>56kg?????????
這是正常的嗎??我整個傻住了~~~~
我不想要回到以前~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!
是哪裡出了問題???我好害怕~
我超害怕聽到有人跟我說我胖了~
我從以前68公斤瘦到現在這個體重~
當然胖的時候招受到很多冷潮熱諷~
我恨死那些嘴巴缺德的人!!!!!!!!!
