最近驚覺體重已經來到58公斤(我167公分)
即使兩三天刻意少吃一點點也是沒有下降
這表示這些肉已經結結實實地長在身上了阿阿阿
而且臀圍也從35.5偷偷的上升到37吋、大腿從19上升到20.5吋
上次去逛衣服的時候,看到一件洋裝很漂亮
小姐很親切的對我說:這件彈性很好喔,L號也可以穿………..
我我我什麼時候在人家眼中是穿L號的樣子阿阿阿
整個大受打擊
沒有運動習慣的我於是決定要開始認真跑步了
目前是一個星期至少跑個三天以上,一次30分鐘
另外還有一天會跳肚皮舞的課程
飲食的話我倒是沒有對自己很苛刻啦
早餐跟午餐原則上就是正常吃,不過一般本來就不會吃很多
晚餐就是只吃菜跟水果,還有一點點肉
零食飲料當然盡可能不碰,但偶爾嘴饞還是會吃orz
現在實行了兩個星期了,體重沒什麼降耶> <
不過我同事倒是有說覺得我看起來有比較瘦,給我了點信心繼續跑下去
總之我的目標是53公斤!也在減肥的戰友們一起加油吧!
