想藉這個標題問一下,小腿的練粗對運動能力到底有沒有幫助啊?
以前認為小腿肌肉越隊用動能力幫助越大,可是又好像不是這麼回事?
打籃球認識的跳跳人小腿都不是很粗,認識一個有點胖胖的,小腿反而不會很粗
就是大腿有點粗到小腿就細下來那種,去找NBA球員的腳也有大多是那種,
像是 http://ppt.cc/,-2k T-mac這種 姚明就不論了 我覺得他彈性不算好
或是http://ppt.cc/iHgQ大班這種魔鬼筋肉人的小腿也不會粗的很誇張
雖然不像鳥仔咖完全沒肉,但是也不會像手臂比一般人粗超級多...
順便問一下,若減五公斤左右,彈跳力會進步多少啊?
