體適能板長駐我的最愛近三年
除了外表有些微的改變進步之外
當然對飲食 運動 生活習慣都有變好趨勢
平常只是默默落實這些事情
畢竟誰會沒事跟女生洗腦說運動有多好
我才不想被白眼
自己享受到運動的樂趣就很好了
那不是重點
可能是最近想高調一點
我做了一件自己覺得很害羞的事情
我和男朋友 去報了某場馬拉松比賽
由於是團體比賽嘛 當然要有團體名稱
於是 我很不好意思的聽取了閃光的提議
用了版標當團體名稱 xddddddd
本來報名完早就忘記這件事情了
到剛剛才被其他跑友問說是不是有報那場比賽
因為看到了我的名字 把名單丟給我看
然後我看了名單列表
