第一前提是減肥減了半年
瘦了十幾公斤,這兩個月停滯了。
第二前提是工作很規律,想用空閒時間找點事做。
我是大夜班的,所以白天都有空。
爬了一下文覺得天下還不錯。
但是現在我在考慮要先加入三個月(3800)試試看
還是加入一年30次(4500)..
主要是想讓身型變好看跟突破減肥停滯期。
目前171/79 體脂20~22
不知道一般重訓一個月會去幾次?一年30次不知道夠不夠?
