結果講到第四點突然歪掉 概述主角被戴綠帽心情極差
然後接著開始瘋狂重訓 每天都練到地面上一攤汗水 回家吃雞胸肉

最後體態變好了 又找到愛情了
去年我在工作上遇到了極大的不順 身體也搞得很差 一度覺得人生很慘
然後看到這個影片莫名的就被鼓勵到了 開始培養運動習慣
差不多又滿一年了 身體真的有好一點
以後打算每隔一年就看一下這支影片給自己充充電
有人知道影片的名稱或連結嗎???我搞丟了:(
喔 我記得第五點好像是不要喝果汁,糖分過高
